Little Villa is our romantic ca.57m2 guesthouse in a beautiful green park-like setting, in Frankfurt with the city center and fairgrounds / Messe easy to reach by car or public transportation in 15-25 minutes.
It is independent from the main house with its own entrance. Large living space with living room, full kitchen, one bedroom, a spacious daylight bathroom. Charming terrace surrounded by green & garden access. Plus pebble patio with hammock and table (great for breakfast in the morning sun). Perfect for single business travelers as well as families.
Benefit from being surrounded by beautiful nature while also being close to Frankfurt city center, airport, trade fair grounds and 2-3 minute walking distance to local amenities.

Sofabed in living room is also queensize.
Fast internet and WiFi, smart TV including Netflix.

Residential area on north-west edge of Frankfurt. The path behind the house leads into open fields and to the creek Steinbach with views of the Taunus mountain range. A 5-minute walk in the other direction is Frankfurt's large 400 acre (168 hectars) central park Niddapark offering beautiful walks, bike rides and jogging trails through stunning nature (extensive park, thick forests, charming river Nidda) and a well equipped open air gym, large well kept playgrounds and dog park.
Local bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy, dry cleaners, post office, bank, tailor, hair dresser, beauty salon and restaurants (Italian, Asian, German, ice parlor, wine bar) around the corner.
Renowned Schuchs Restaurant 5 minute walk offers fine service and Frankfurt cuisine with a unique variety of local apple wines and apple based dishes.
For big shopping, a large shopping mall at 10-15 minutes walk.
Hospital Krankenhaus Nordwest and medical center (Triamedis Ärztehaus) with several doctors' offices and physical rehab center also in walking distance as well as Thai massage place.

Summary: The Little Villa was so perfect. We came to Germany to visit my daughter that is stationed there. The place was perfect. It was nice to have a quiet place to come home too after touring Frankfurt,Main. The yard was beautiful. Great location. We could walk to eat, grocery stores and shopping all within 10 minutes. The host was very helpful with good recommendations for food and anything we asked for. Highly Recommend

Summary: Unfortunately, due to a passport issue (check the Schengen area passport validity requirements, everyone! So many countries require that your passport be valid 3-6 months beyond your trip and the airlines WILL turn you away!), we were unable to take our trip to Germany. We were heartbroken. One of our guests was already in Germany, and even though I (the adult) wouldn't be there, Helmut and Esther were more than glad to welcome a teenager in a new country and make sure she had a safe place to stay. They repeatedly checked on her to make sure she was safe in her travels and communicated with me throughout. Though we were unable to make our trip, I have to hope that all Germans are as kind and wonderful as Helmut and Esther. We didn't get to stay in their lovely villa, but I can't recommend them as hosts enough.

Summary: We were in Frankfurt to visit out daughter and needed extra room to sleep, so we pretty much just slept there. The little house was clean, spacious and well equipped with much more than we needed, very comfortable! Two bus stops were very close with multiple connection options and frequent buses even late at night.

Summary: Place was very tidy and lovely, everything was perfect as it seemed online. esther and helmut were most thoughful warm kind and gracious host. He provided us with all the information needed and showed us around. The little villa is just perfect and contain absolutely everything one needs. We had great time the communication was super easy and quick also check in and check out were super easy and smooth. Would absolutely recommend to stay there ! Will look forward to come back to stay with the sweetest host and beautiful little villa .

Summary: Really had a nice weekend at the little villa, very nice, quiet and the hosts are just the best. Very friendly and ready to help. So glad they they could let us spend the weekend at their property. Definitely looking forward to another stay there.

Summary: This is a special property... charming, well equipped, quiet, serene, everything you need in walking distance. But what sets it apart even more are the hosts themselves. Esther and Helmut could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We travelled for medical reasons during this pandemic, and booked this as a possible quarantine location. if needed. It was the perfect place to catch our breath and get ready to head to the hospital for treatment.This lovely couple shared their beautiful space with us, grocery shopped, provided assistance wherever we needed, and Helmut even got up at 6 am on a Saturday to drive us to the airport! They are truly special people. My only regret is that we weren't able to visit with them more! If you are headed to Frankfurt, you could not pick a prettier place or more welcoming, caring people. Highly highly reccommend!

Summary: enjoyed staying in the property; you can walk or bus to NordWestZentrum mall, I used the gym and sauna there; you can bus or walk over to the U7 train to get to the town centre. Windows look out on to the green garden; very quiet! Some local shops and restraurants, all walkable. great place to stay!

Summary: We loved our stay in Frankfurt and the Little Villa was everything we could have wanted and more. Esther and Helmut were very welcoming and provided so much for us during our stay. We had breakfast amenities, and juice and water. More than we needed in fact. We had intended to only cook our own meals, but we ended up eating out a lot to experience the food. They both had great suggestions and were just incredibly nice and friendly people. Their adorable dog was very sweet as well. We walked all over the place from their home. Shops and transportation were close by. Also a fantastic park that was awesome to run in during the mornings! I hope someday we can return to Frankfurt and if we do we would stay here again.
