Positive: We had a great stay here. From the moment you arrive the owner and his staff do everything to make you feel at home. They regularly check if all is ok, provide very useful tips for things to do, places to visit,... It has a very calm vibe. The pool is great. The bungalow was very comfortable and clean. The owner invests in improving the property. We can really recommend staying here.
Negative: It's a bit outside of town, but that's something you choose for. For us it wasn't a problem. Sometimes they might be a bit loud in the evening, but when you ask to be a bit quieter it's quickly solved as they try to do everything for their guests.

Positive: We loved the lush landscaped gardens that provide lots of welcome shade and make the place very beautiful as well as the pool which we lived in pretty much. Peng’s cooking is outstanding. Every meal was faultless and Michel went over and above to help us when we lost our bank card and was just generally a lovely host and super helpful. I’d recommend this for anyone who wants a quiet retreat with great food.

Positive: We were greeted warmly on arrival by the owner. He is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms are Thai style and very quaint. The grounds have lots of trees and it's beautiful. There's a pool, trampoline and pool table. The beds were more comfortable than I thought they'd be. The location is a little far from the city, but that's why we booked our stay there, to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's very accessible by car or taxi. The food is very good, but a little pricy. (We only had the Thai food, not western food.) I highly recommend this place. It's great place to get away, for a family, couple or just friends.
Negative: The only thing that we didn't like was that smoking was allowed pretty much everywhere on the grounds. One person in our group was sensitive the smoke, and that prohibited us from spending much time in the pool room or the restaurant. We're grateful that our room didn't smell like smoke.

Positive: Quiet, nicely set in a garden, rooms are very comfy, A/C, fridge, kettle, drinking water everyday. Staff is pleasant. The swimming pool is appreciated in this season where temperatures soar... There is also a small playground with a trampoline, a few board games for guests, a billiard.
Negative: The food menu is too expensive in our opinion. The location is a double-edge sword: if you have your own car, it's very easy. Otherwise, it will be a 200-bath journey to Chiang Mai one way. Not something we didn't like, but something to be aware of when you book out of city walls. We enjoyed the peacefulness.
