Positive: - appartment in a walkable distance from all major sightseeing point in the city - parking space
Negative: - slow wifi - old TV with bearly working basic apps like Youtube - very high deposit - city tax not included in the booking even though price on booking states "Includes taxes and fees" - not clear directions how to get into appartment. We got them on the day of checking it while driving to the Malaga. Because of the road works around the appartment it was really hard to get there. We drove multiple times around not able to find a way to the parking. As a result we got a flat tire and had to call a car service. Lost the whole evening because of that. Clear directions with picture and explenation that you need to go against the flow on a one-way street to get to the parking would be very helpful - we had to wait 1h for the checking because the owner did not pass our check in hour with the host - overall it was the worst and the most complex check-in process from the all places we've been in Spain

Positive: Accommodation in a great location, very good parking. Location basically in the centre but extremely quiet. Facilities were great, everything we needed. Above all, I want to thank Dante who was always in touch with us if we had any questions and drove to our place afterwards to hand over the parking remote. Dante, thank you!
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. These are just two small points for improvement: the sofa is no longer the most comfortable, it has seen its best days. And as others have written here, the sliding bathroom door is hard to close.

Positive: Location was good, apartment was equiped with dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine
Negative: After the check in, we were informed that housekeeper should come and put a sealant in the shower due to which we couldn't take shower until next morning. As well although apartment is well equiped, however some things are missing such as oil to cook, salt and peper, tea, dishwasher capsules - if you stay for few days only you either have to buy everything or not use at all. Overall, good apartment, but on the pictures looks better than in real life.
