Positive: Collected from a shop which is very close to the apartment. Just showed him the code on our confirmation key and were given the keys. The apartment is in a fantastic location near the city centre and Albert Docks. The little balcony gave great views over the city and the kitchen was stocked with washing up liquid, cloths and spray which are all helpful. Parking wasn't available at the apartment but was given an alternative which was just round the corner - reasonably priced too.
Negative: The apartment was quite basic - needs a few more homely touches. There were alot of spare fold up beds stored in the lounge and bedroom. The shower in the main bedroom leaks a bit and there was a random sheet left in the wardrobe (not sure if it was clean or not). Couldn't get the tv to work - there were no instructions. We were only here 2 nights so for the location and ease to get to, it is a good little place.

Positive: The apartment was a great place to stay as we had the freedom of coming and going without being tied to a rigid time like a hotel. Having separate rooms and not being in each others way was also a major plus.
Negative: Not a lot I could think of that I didn't like.

Negative: It was a hassle getting in, we had to go to two different locations to get keys. It was difficult to get in the gate to the carpark. After returning home we received a parking ticket for using the carpark despite us having paid to use the parking. It had proved difficult to get any help with this from the property agents.

Positive: We stayed at Liverpool City Centre Apartments for a long weekend with my three children, and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect – right on Duke Street and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Liverpool!
