Positive: The property was clean and tidy.

Negative: Collection of the keys was simple but the instructions to get into the car space, the right elevator were an escape room in itself… certainly has room for improvement. The information needs to flow, in sequence step by step. Not the guest needing to decode and rely on locals to get into the building. The deposit of $200 was a shock as it’s not in the info before you book the accommodation. I’ve used booking. Com for years and have never had any issues but this owner wanted all details through personal text. Exhaust fans in bathrooms don’t work… they really need too.

Summary: Clean appartment, close to shops, short trip to train and hospital.
