Welcome to this fabulous house in Micco, just on the North side of Sebastian. Located on the Sebastian River with an amazing pool, game area and dock space, you are sure to make a ton of memories.
This property boasts 4 bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 3 twin bed. With 2.5 bathrooms featuring amenities like a bidet, shower, and jetted bathtub, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy your time in Micco at this one of a kind property. Planning to do some boating, we do have dock space so you can pull right up.
There are 2 bedrooms and the loft on the main floor of the house. The ground floor has a small 2nd kitchen with 2 more bedrooms, a living space and a covered screened in porch with ping pong table, pool and ton's more games and activities. There are kayaks and paddle boards for use as well as beach chairs and pool floats. We even have in-pool volleyball and basketball.
Bringing your dogs with you, there is a private fenced in yard with doggie door just for them.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There is Wi-Fi and smart TV's around the house. The main floor porch has seating and a swing chair and hammock and also holds a workout space with free weights and an elliptical machine.
