Summary: Excellent location for taking train to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Less than a quarter mile to rail station. Home was clean and as advertised.

Summary: Had a very comfortable stay and close to the Livingston North station for an easy trip into Edinburgh. I was able to drop off bags early and even check in earlier than expected. A very easy check in and check out and great communication from the host. I would stay here again.

Summary: Two toilets not working...both on 3rd floor; Outside bins over spilling, rubbish all over garden inc ‘sanitary towels etc’ Promise of plumber but didn’t arrive. Generally ok for a sleeping base, handy for train to Edinburgh.
