Summary: The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room seemed musty and damp. Lots of moisture - bedding felt a bit sticky.

Summary: Its a great location if you have an event at the event center. We were there for a week for an event. My daughter loved the salt water pool. Our room needs some TLC, the window leaked when it rained and looked like the ceiling over the tub may collapse, and i cant explain the meldew smell. I was thinking it was from my daughter and her towel from the pool, but it didnt go away. The workers gave the best service ive ever experienced. They deserve to work in a environment that shows off their hard work. I really dont like leaving reviews like this but the workers deserve better.

Summary: It's right next to Sharonville Convention Center. Hotel needs updated. Breakfast was meh. Staffs were friendly. My room wasn't that clean, quite dusty actually. House keeping was available upon request only. Front desk was helpful when asked for supplies like towels etc.
