Throughout our entire stay, we had no access to hot water — even after switching rooms. This made it very difficult for my family, and I had to resort to boiling water just so we could have a warm shower. When I contacted maintenance, I was told the hotel has been dealing with a boiler issue for at least a year. If that is the case, it’s deeply concerning that the hotel remains open to guests without a reliable solution in place. A comfortable stay includes access to basic necessities like hot water, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes this matter seriously and provides guests with advance notice or a resolution before continuing to operate under these conditions.
