Positive: Staying at Liza’s place was truly unforgettable. The beds were so comfortable, and every morning we enjoyed the peace of the beautiful garden with its breathtaking view of the mountains. What really made our stay special were the wonderful owners — so welcoming and attentive. We were greeted with fresh fruits and homemade olive oil, and Maria even treated us to her delicious homemade pastries, which felt like a gift from the heart. The location is perfect for exploring the many beaches nearby, as well as Rethymno and Chania. We felt at home here from the very first moment, and we would love to return again. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Positive: Excellent house next to the owner. Nice patio. Fresh products (figs, tomatoes) from the garden. Very friendly hosts. Close to Kournas Lake and the beach with a car.

Positive: Excellent stay, kind, warm, welcome. Exceeds our expectations. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful place close to nature, garden with oranges and lemons, mountain view. Very friendly and smart dog and cat on the territory, our 2 kids got really attached to. Location is good, close Kalyves beach, Kaurnas lake with turtles, folklore museum of Gavalochori. Home is really lovely, hosts put a lot of thought and care into making it a comfortable and welcoming space inside and outside of the house. We especially love the way it's decorated. ❤️

Positive: The house in general, well furnished and super clean. The garden is a great plus and it really amazed us. We picked fresh oranges every morning from the tree and our host left in the house for us a bowl of figs. A lot of peace around, you only listen to the sound of nature. A very good stay and we will choose Liza's place again in the future if needed to stay in the area.
Negative: Nothing really. You are in the countryside, but we were surprised of not seeing mosquitos around!
