This stunning home over looking the Sea of Abaco is on the quiet and very private south end of Guana Cay just a golf cart drive into the settlement.
It features a spacious living space with an open concept layout and split 3/2 bedroom floorplan that comfortably sleeps 8. Split bedroom floor plan with primary bedroom on one side of main living space with queen guest bedroom and bunk room on opposite side of living room.
Well appointed kitchen with all essentials needed and an oversized island with seating.
New freshwater pool with sun shelf overlooking the Sea of Abaco.
Enjoy the back deck where you can relax on a porch swing, soak up some sun or enjoy dining outdoors while playing a game of ring toss. Play in the lush backyard or take an afternoon nap.
Separate gazebo set down at the edge of the cliffs is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the Tropic Birds feeding offshore. Take advantage of the best sunset views on the island every evening.
100 foot deep water dock on The Sea of Abaco. 5 foot minimum depth at all tides. Power available at the dock. Water is not available at the dock.
You may visit Orchid Bay Marina to wash down your boat for a nominal fee.
WE RECOMMEND CONTACTING ORCHID BAY MARINA FOR A PROTECTED SLIP FOR LARGER BOATS OR IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER. (242) 559-9987. Weather can change quickly and it is up to the renter to properly secure their boat. We are not responsible for damage caused to boats due to rough weather.
Amazing fishing and snorkeling directly off dock. Daily sightings of fish, turtles, rays and the occasional pod of dolphins.
Porch swing tucked into the cliffs offers breath taking views of The Sea of Abaco and is accessible from the stairs that connect the dock to the house.
World class sandy beaches with top notch snorkeling on the Atlantic side of the island are a 5 min walk or golf cart ride from house.

Home is located on a bluff over looking The Sea of Abaco with approximately 50 stairs leading to and from the dock.
This is a family friendly rental but may not be suitable for unsupervised, small children or those unable to climb stairs in order to access dock.
Endless Blue is on the South end of Great Guana Cay and about a 10 min golf cart ride through Orchid Bay to get to the settlement where you will find the grocery store, liquor store, Grabbers and Nippers.
Golf Carts are necessary if exploring the island and can be rented in the settlement.
**Security**
Outside of property is monitored by security cameras on back and front porch. Camera in the kitchen is turned off and can be taken down during rentals.

Summary: Can't say enough great things about this property and everybody associated with it. Communication before, during, and after was wonderful. Then there is the home which is amazing and everything I could have hoped for. The layout is so well thought out and they have stocked the house with all you could ever need. The view from the moment I walked in took my breath away and gave me such a feeling of peace. Definitely a place in paradise and I can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!

Summary: First I want to say the house is gorgeous. The view is second to none and the location is secluded and quiet. I booked this house specifically because it had a 100’ deep water dock that I assumed was ready for a 43’ fishing center console. Once we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the water at the dock… and the condition of the bumpers on the dock caused us to take pretty substantial damage during a little squall that passed through. I’d 100% rent the house again, but make sure you get a slip at orchid bay.

Summary: This house was was one of our favorites we have staying in within the Abacos. While it was a bit of a ride from central Guana (we did not mind this much) the house was very clean, new, well equipped and has an awesome sunset view. The dock was nice and new just prepare for some stairs to get down. Outdoor shower is always a plus!

Summary: Gorgeous property well appointed Owners have thought of everything Fridge and cupboards have basics for cooking which is helpful as there are no stores handy. The sunrise and sunset views are stunning and relaxing on the multiple decks overlooking the water is amazing. Owner and property manager are super responsive to any needs or inquiries.
