Summary: Very nice, clean and modern home that is centrally located near San Juan attractions. Host was very gracious and provided a list of nearby restaurants, bars, and places to shop within easy walking distance. Other areas are within a quick Uber ride. Would stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels and the welcome gift (taro chips, coffee, organic gummies, and one more item that I can’t remember) was a nice touch. I would describe the neighborhood as up and coming and my high schoolers felt safe walking to Calle Loiza by themselves. The street is quiet so you would sleep well. There is also an upstairs rentals so we were thinking to rent that for our in-laws in the future. There is a beach you can walk to and we also took Uber to explore other beaches. The place was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.

Summary: Fantastic home with all of the amenities. Very close to the beach and not far from Old San Juan. The host was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Still, I highly recommend.
