Positive: Just amazing….really friendly owner and stuff. The rooms are comfortable and big and really room furnishings. The garden is big with a wonderful big pool. The location is close to Modica and Parma. So perfect for day trips. We will come back for sure!

Positive: Absolutely loved the house and style. Rooms were beautiful. The small restaurant on main floor served the best food we had during stay in Italy. Host was helpful and fun to talk with. Incredible value. Probably our favorite place during our 11 day trip as far as accommodations

Negative: Nothing negative about property to say. It isn’t close to some of the bigger cities in area so if that is what you are interested in, do your research. For us it was a nice central area in rural region to serve as base camp! Bonus, I could drink bottle of wine and walk upstairs 😀
