Summary: We had an excellent experience. The property secluded and private. The Christmas decorations were awesome! Only complaint is we didn’t see any signs of fish in the pond, which disappointed our fishermen. Still an awesome trip. Thanks for sharing your home.

Summary: We came up to visit family and were lucky enough to find this listing. The property is beautiful and so relaxing. We had a minor issue and the owners came to take care of it and were so kind. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

Summary: We wanted to visit family nearby but also wanted to spend time with our son that is a UT student. It was a perfect place to relax, spend time together and be able to prepare meals. It really felt nice to be in a home and not a hotel! We hope to return in the summer.

Summary: Joy’s property was great, we will definitely stay here again. The pictures & description do not give this place the justice it deserves. We enjoyed sitting on the gazebo and just listening to the frogs & the crickets all night. The bed was super comfy, the house was spotless & it had everything you would need to make you feel right at home.

Summary: I’m so happy we rented Joy and Stephen’s property. The peacefulness and quietness of the are was nothing but amazing. Falling asleep and night to the sounds of wildlife instead of the busy city Streets of Southern New Hampshire was tranquil to say the least. The property and the water/wildlife we saw daily was surely breathtaking. I cannot wait to come back to this home.
