Welcome to our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom mountain retreat, nestled directly on the beautiful Crystal River and within easy walking distance of all that Redstone has to offer. Located on the second floor, this cozy 300 sq ft unit offers a beautiful view of the Crystal River, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. One flight of stairs is required to enter this unit.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker—with complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar to start your mornings off right. For your convenience, laundry is available on site in the amenities building next to the Riverside patio.
Guests have full access to the scenic riverside and a shared patio area just steps away. The patio is outfitted with a propane fireplace, charcoal grill, and plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Just one block away is Redstone Park, home to seasonal music festivals, community gatherings, and events. The general store, spa, art center, shops, and a variety of outdoor activities—including horseback riding, paddle boarding, fly fishing, and hiking—are all within easy walking distance. Summary: This property is really beautiful on the outside. However, the person that is managing the property was very rude to me via text message & over the phone. She gave me the wrong room information so when we got to the property, we accidentally opened the wrong unit and saw that there was stuff in the unit. When I called the property manager to get her help, she was rude to me and asked me how I got that unit information and I told her it was sent to me through the VRBO messaging system, which was supposedly direct communication with her. She then was very condescending in tone to me and started telling me that I was in the wrong because she gave me the wrong information and wrong room number and code. After speaking with her, she finally gave me the right room information and code, but only apologized after she was very rude and disrespectful to me via VRBO messages and on the phone. The room itself wasn’t very clean. There was a half used bottle of body wash in the shower, the sheets had visible signs of dirtiness on them. The carbon monoxide detector wasn’t working and was placed in a cabinet above the microwave. There was food left in the freezer from another guest. There were ice packs left in the freezer from another guest. I was very disappointed in this unit and the way I was treated. This is not my first time being at this location and every other time I came I had a pleasant experience with no issues. It makes me very worried to come back here.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and sit on the river in the heart of Redstone. We live nearby, but felt like we were on vacation. A short walk to the Redstone Inn where our friends tied the knot.

Summary: The studio was perfect for a weekend centered around hiking to Crystal Mill with my partner. We loved that the place was truly right on the river with steps down to it, a patio and fire pit, grills, and chairs to enjoy the sunshine and water. It was clean, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and the grounds were really well kept.
