Conveniently located at 864 Massachusetts Route 28, We are one mile on foot, bicycle or car to the beautiful beaches from South Shore Drive in South Yarmouth. Great fishing, shopping and tons of other recreation. Adventure golf with driving range and an arcade at Bass River Sports World is only a short walk away and Dairy Queen! Pirates Cove is .5 mile away.

Come enjoy our outdoor heated salt chlorinated pool, play volleyball on our beach sand area, sit by the many fire pits, relax in the hammocks, read a book on your private screened porch, catch fireflies in the moonlight and gaze at the stars. Come enjoy Cape Cod with us in our lovely Cabin for a family of 6. We offer an old fashioned-wholesome vacation for the entire family. Good pets are welcome here. It will be a vacation your family will remember for years to come.
From our family to yours, we invite you to share in all Cape Cod and Yarmouth Country Cabin has to offer. Kids will love our beach sand playground, fire pit, and salt water heated pool. Play bocci ball, Badminton, Volleyball, Ping Pong or go for bike ride, walk our nature paths and soak in the sun at the many beaches nearby.
All our cabins have fully equipped kitchens, full bathrooms, all bedding is included, onsite laundry, playground area, walking paths, heated outdoor salt chlorinated pool, games and beautiful grounds.

Summary: We were there Columbus Day weekend so after the normal season but still a busy weekend. The cottage was perfect, exactly what we needed. The pool was still open, a little chilly but my husband and kids still went in. The pool area has great seating all around. There is a large playground for kids. Our unit had a large fire pit which was perfect for chilly fall evenings. Everyone was super friendly and the owners are very accommodating. A short drive to the beach and walking distance to mini golf and several restaurants, great location. We absolutely would recommend this property and would stay again.

Summary: A group of friends rented cabin 22 with some people only coming for a night or two. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, cups, etc. The pool was clean and it was a pretty quick and easy 15 minute walk to the beach (or a couple minute drive). Easy to walk to food, grocery store and mini golf. The owners were really nice as well. We had a fire in the fire pit one night and tried some basketball and ping pong in the pavilion. Overall a good clean casual place to let loose near the beach.

Summary: Price was on par with local hotels and enabled family to live together instead of separate hotel rooms, which is nice. House was clean, towels and bedding complete. Appliances worked. Host was polite, and professional. We had a small glitch with the hot water heaters not working (cold showers) so we borrowed our friends hotel showers. I chalk this up to “stuff happens”. Also, house is not at all secluded, rather packed onto a large property with many other homes big and small close by.

Summary: The cabin, was clean and beds were comfortable. All kitchen needs were present. The saltwater pool was closed; however, we were notified before our arrival and the property owner tried to accommodate us in other ways. Truly appreciate the effort. Audrey, property, owner, was pleasant and responsive.

Summary: This place was so so wonderful!!! Cozy and campy/cabin feel- our family all went with small children under 5, so much to do - swimming, on site playground, laundry access, ping pong table, hammocks everywhere. It was delightful and our children definitely made memories there!
