In town because Austin is AWESOME:) Need a relaxing staycation in the heart of the 78704? Come stay at the coolest little backyard cottage in the Zilker area. This studio cottage is poolside and walking distance to Alamo Drafthouse, Soto, Uchi, Gibson Bar, Ramen Tastuya and Lamar Village restaurants and bars. Close to downtown (1.7 miles) Barton Springs (0.7 miles) and Lady Bird Lake Trail.
This comfy cozy rental has a private entrance, patio, small backyard, and parking for up to 3 cars. Rental includes access to outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, mini put put green, grill, and fire pit. Back yard is a shared space w/owner.. who is rarely home.
This 350 square foot unit has a brand new plush queen mattress that pulls down and up for more space and the couch pulls out into a double sized bed to sleep up to 4 guests. Laundry in unit as well as a mini-fridge and microwave. Brand new TV has Netflix HBO Max and mirror play. Everything you need and more for a short stay in the best neighborhood in the Austin Area.

Summary: The house is adorable, it has everything you need and is a short walk to Zilker. Kim is the best, and I would absolutely stay again. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area is a definite plus

Summary: Such an amazing quiet little home. Very comfortable for 1 or 2 guest. I loved the feeling and the vibes this little home has. It is easy to find and close to a lot of favorite spots. I would recommend this home to anyone! Kim is a super host.

Summary: Place was clean, easy to check in, walking distance to many things. We came into town for the races at COTA and it was only a 20 min drive there. In town but didnt feel like it, quiet and relaxing!

Summary: This is a great place to stay for a taste of what makes Austin special.
