Summary: JoAnne was quick to respond and very nice. The location is perfect. The space could use some updating and cleaning.

Summary: Location was perfect for a girls weekend. Property served its purpose and owner was easy to work with. Pictures accurately describe the apartment. It is outdated but we were fine given amount of time spent there. Stairs out back leading to home were not safe. Several boards need to be replaced.

Summary: I was expecting that the apartment might need some updating, but it needed a lot more than expected. The twin bed was extremely hard and the bathroom tub drain’s stopper wasn’t functioning. The back stairs off Bench Street were rickety. The living space, kitchen table area, tv access, were all very nice. Great space to catch up after the day.sufficient towels also.

Summary: We've stayed all over Galena the past 20 years and this was the best location so far. The host was responsive to my questions, the key box was easy to get into, we loved having a designated parking spot across the street, and we had enough space for the 4 of us staying there. We liked having the kitchen for storing drinks and food in the fridge and a family room so we weren't all stuck in a room like we'd be in a hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: We were there for 1 night while I thought I had booked 2 nights. My mistake! As a result I received a call from the property owner that her cleaning service was there to get ready for the next guests at 3:00. The property owner was very understanding about what had happened!

Summary: Our first time in Galena, JoAnne the host was very welcoming and the location couldn't be better, great place to call home base while the friends group ventured around town. Perfect to come back to and rest before walking around all the shops just outside our door! Can't wait to come back again for another night. You need at least 2 nights to see and try it all!
