2 Bedroom House in The Galena Territory, Galena

Views of the waterfall and lake Galena in the fall, winter and spring. For the spring, summer and fall we have a fire pit and 4 chairs for you to use, just bring along your firewood! We kindly ask that you put the chairs on the gravel next to the deck, the landscapers will not cut the grass if the chairs are in the way. We have a charcoal grill off the back deck. We ask that you bring your own charcoal and clean after each use. This home was just fully remodeled. All new furniture, flooring, cabinets and bathrooms. You will have access to 6 proxy cards to enter into the Owners Club. Parking is on site, WI-FI, all smart TV's to login into your NetFlix acct. Each of the bedrooms has their own private bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with mostly everything you need. Towels, linens, throw blankets, coffee, creamer provided. Toilet paper, paper towels too
*ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. IF THERE IS A SMELL OF CIGARETTES, CIGARS, OR MARIJUANA THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE.
* ANY LOST PROXIMITY CARDS WILL COST $50 TO REPLACE.
*Limit of 2 dogs under 25LBS each. There is a $50 per fee per dog.
No cats allowed.
If a pet exceeds the weight limit without approval will result in a $250.00 fine.

Summary: Cozy and comfortable with the cutest decor. Walking trails were nice and only 10 minutes from Galena.

Summary: We have stayed at this property four times, and we have had an enjoyable time each visit. We prepare our evening meals at the home, but we have noticed that some of the preparations items (skillets, kitchen utensils, kitchen towels) are in poor condition. The couches in the living room and the dining chairs are also quite worn and need to be replaced. We recommend this property, keeping these issues in mind.

Summary: We spent a winter weekend in the Territory. The house was neat and warm and very cozy. There are two fireplaces (non-wood burning ) that kept us toasty. The rental provided access to the Territory’s Owners Club and its fitness center, which was a nice plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Stayed here for a ski race weekend at Chestnut Mountain. The property was very clean and cozy and just as described. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this cozy and charming cottage. It was the perfect size, and we had everything we could have needed. With the cold temperatures, we really enjoyed the fireplace which not only warmed up the rooms, but made them extra cozy and relaxing. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 (and dogs), and it was the perfect getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This place is beautiful. The use of space is second to none. Very clean with great decor and furniture. My friend didn't want to leave because it was so cozy. This is out first choice next time we visit Galena.

Summary: Overall it’s a nice, small community of 2 bedroom cottages which back up to a wooded area. The place is clean and comfortable! It was convenient to have two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was a 10 minute scenic drive to go to Galena!
