Summary: Very nice property. Loved the open floor plan of kitchen and living room area. Provided plenty of room for everyone to gather and sit. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the sitting area on the porch. Two minute walk to the beach and close to an ice cream shop, bakery, and a few other shops. Located in a quieter area, not as busy and congested. Owner was very responsive. We had a great time.

Summary: Our family enjoyed a wonderful week staying in this Townsend’s Inlet house. This home is situated so close to the beach and the bay. We saw sunrises and sunsets with ease. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect for nights out in Sea Isle, Avalon or Stone Harbor. Minimal traffic which was great for bike riding and exploring with kids. The house is cozy and family oriented with an open concept living room and brand new kitchen. Our four children absolutely loved having their own room with bunkbeds. First floor access was excellent for coming and going for kids and grandparents alike. Jodi was great to deal with. She was very responsive and friendly. This was our first time using VRBO to rent our vacation home and she made it an easy experience.
