Summary: Gabriel and Jaro are absolutely wonderful! I have never felt so welcome or more like a VIP than staying here with their service. We had quite a tricky itinerary and Gabriel went out of his way to offer solutions without being asked and it was so appreciated! Would come back in a heart beat.

Summary: Beautiful setting with magnificent views. The hotel manager was very welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this establishment. The self contained cottages available to rent were also superb. We look forward to returning.

Summary: It’s just a beautiful place… we loved it!!! The staff is beyond friendly and courteous, the hotel is intact very clean, breakfast was delicious and our room had the most beautiful view to the lake! Thank you so much.

Summary: Warm, friendly welcome following helpful pre-arrival communication re the restaurant and food options. We had a lovely stay at this property, our first time at Loch Ness and most eager for it not to be our last! Cosy lounges where we enjoyed platters of smoked salmon, white wine and cheeses paired with whiskey all in front of a roaring fire. Perfect! Comfy beds, lots of hot water and a delicious breakfast all topped off with outstanding customer service, nothing too was much trouble.
