Positive: This property was the first hotel that I’ve been to that had multiple rooms and a kitchen in it.

Negative: This property sits right off a divided street so it is a bit challenging to get into the property if coming from the wrong direction as drivers have to go down the road and make a u-turn at an intersection to get going the opposite direction to pull into the parking lot. The parking at this property also felt tight and unorganized. I also would have preferred the TV to be in the bedroom instead of by the door with a couch.

Summary: Overall, it was good for the price and would be a perfect place to stay if someone was planning to stay for a while and

Positive: Contactless check-in/check-out. Locality to surrounding area businesses was good.

Negative: No bar stools to eat at kitchen counter. Full kitchen, but no basic cookware nor paper towels (need to bring your own, which we did). Check-in time we were told was 3 (or 4) pm or after. We were there a little after 3 cleaning person was there right then. We let him clean it. But he never checked bathroom for a dirty towel that was left from prior rental and no extra toilet paper was left. Beds positioned weird. Person near wall couldn't get out of bed easily.

Positive: Not much. From the outside it’s ok, basic-looking.

Negative: The unit I stayed in (#327) was disappointing. Stale smell when I walked in. Unit had small flies everywhere, looked them up they’re drain flies, which like damp areas. I must’ve killed 50 of them (see pic). Bathroom not clean, had to wipe up toilet, and hair from shower. Unit has a kitchen but absolutely no utensils, plates, bowls or anything to cook with. Also no chair for the table, no chair outside unit like other units had. Carpet was dirty and worn, furniture also very beat up. Parts of the bathroom looked unfinished, pieces of the flooring missing. Only reason I didn’t leave (despite having paid ahead) was the proximity of the property to the event I was attending.

Summary: Terrible value- property is borderline dumpy
