Positive: Nice hotel, we didn’t use the shuttle service. Decent location, short walk to soldue gondola. Best part was the buffet- amazing choices and great quality. Organic coffee too and gluten free options. My daughter also loved the kids club. The apre DJ and crepes outside are a nice touch.

Negative: For a mountain/ski hotel it’s a little stark. No little extras for example- toy for kids or nuts with a drink. Service at apre as slow- I had to go inside and ask for a drink, the aperol had no cava in it - sent back. The buffet restaurant feels a little cafeteria.. the spa is nice but not included in your price. I was almost charged an extra fee on my bill so make sure you double check.

Negative: Staff were not very friendly, unhelpful, and charged extra for everything, even for using the spa in the hotel, for parking, for some drinking water etc, the ask for tips to bring the car from the parking, which I already paid for and is difficult to get to in the winter. They would not let us check in a few minutes early and check out a bit later in the new year's day. The front desk was very unfriendly.

Negative: Heat passes through rooms, thus making our room very hot even with heating turned off, unless we left the windows open thus making the street cleaning noise diffucult to sleep
