Summary: Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Summary: Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. We enjoyed 2 very professional full body massages. The gym was also very good. Would love to come back some time in winter for some skiing.
