Positive: breakfast was phenomonal, staff went above and beyond for us, Garby is the best lodge owner, super welcoming, we had a great stay. We made the most of the facilites given to us, like the games area and the common room. Super fun vibe!

Positive: We had a week long stay with 3 people for skiing. Comfy beds. Room was warm. Mao was super helpful and kind. Lots of entertainment in the common lounge area in the form of games, cards, accoustic Guitar, Nintendo switch, karaoke machine. Food was beautiful. We had breakfast included deal. A 5 minute walk to gondola 4. All the staff are kind and caring. Courtesy car to the transit bus station after our stay was so helpful. Milo the resident meerkat was so cute!

Negative: Nothing to complain about here.

Positive: The breakfast was good, we all had eggs cooked for eachbof and some toast which was nice. The lodge is set up really we to ski and board at Zao, you can just walk up the hill to the gondola, and the staff were very friendly
