Positive: EVERYTHING! Kyotaka and Yuka are waiter and waitress for dinner and breakfast were lovely. The included meals were terrific. Spacious room! Onsen experience was top notch. Proximity to the ski slopes was excellent.

Positive: The location was wonderful and the staff amazing. We loved the traditional building itself and the outside onsen baths, the rooms were very comfortable and cosy, dinner and breakfast were incredible, and of course service was impeccable.

Negative: Everything was perfect, would 100% come back.

Positive: Great traditional Japanese Ryokan with hot spring bath. The building is wood constructed and feels very traditional. The hot spring was great. We booked room with in house outdoor bath but note that is just regular bath, not hot spring. But the shared hot spring was great. The dinner and breakfast were also great.
