Positive: The location was perfect, walk out of the door onto the footpath for the south Downs. sitting on the decking overlooking the countryside, and watching the wildlife, ducks, pheasants, and Roe deer. the property contained everything we needed and exceeded all our expectations. The Hosts Brian and Pam were very friendly, and shared their local knowledge with us, and were very helpful at all times,
Negative: nothing, everything was perfect.
Summary: a fabulous accommodation, really comfortable.

Positive: The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and they lent us some binoculars so that we could star gaze and watch the meteorites. Had some lovely walks to the nearby river across the fields; the highlight being the observation of a kingfisher. We also enjoyed the walk the other way to Bamber Castle ruins. Pleasantly surprised how close the town centre was.

Positive: The helpfulness and hospitality of the owners. They were such a help. The lodge was extremely well decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The view was wonderful. We were very comfortable there.
Negative: Booking.com wasn't so helpful when we were stuck in traffic delaying our arrival. This became quite stressful but our hosts got in touch with us and completely reassured us. They were a Godsend!
Summary: Brilliant. We couldn't fault it.

Positive: Brian showed us around the lodge which was very clean, modern and comfortable. The view from the lodge in good weather is excellent. In warm, sunny weather the outside area would be lovely with a bottle or two of wine. We were also pleased dogs are very welcome.
Negative: I suppose the only grumble was the lack of hooks in the bathroom.
