Summary: I would have appreciated it if the a/c had been started prior to my arrival. I was "escaping" from tent-camping with my son and grandchildren in 90 degree weather and REALLY needed to cool off fast! Very clean room and helpful staff. The mattress was super comfortable! Firm but not hard.

Summary: It's a cheap room, don't expect much. 3-generation family owns and lives onsite, their cooking smelled pretty good. New mattress, but bad pillow, bathroom fan didn't work, generally run-down.
