Positive: Carole was helping us from the moment we mad the reservation.The flat is comfortable,you have everything you would need for your stay. The parking is around 5 minutes walking dustance.But you are in the city center😉

Positive: Spacious apartment, with everything you need for a short stay. Quiet location, although the area seemed a bit run down. Would recommend if you want to be in the centre of Perpignan. All good even has parking, though we didn't need it.

Positive: The sofa bed and kitchen area was very spacious. The street was very quiet and peaceful.
Negative: The loft bed was not the most comfortable, and there was a sharp metal piece sticking out from the top of the wall at the top of the stairs. The shower area smelled like mildew and sewage, and it made the entire apartment smell bad.

Positive: The apartment was clean and warm, very interesting with a mezanin, furnished with modern facilities. Carol was very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of information about everything. A big plus is the parking garage near the apartment. Highly recommend.
