Positive: Very good location for visiting Civita Castellana, just a few minutes walk from the main sights and right by the main square with bars and a store. Parking in the square is paid and limited to one hour but there's a big free parking lot about 10 minutes walk. Very comfortable bed, great heating, and good internet.

Negative: We (an older couple) found the kitchen stools very uncomfortable and the couch wasn't great either but it's probably ok for younger people.

Positive: Location is central to the piazza. The apartment looks clean, modern, with all the amenities (hair dryer, detergents for laundry, etc). The best of it all was the hospitality of the owner, direct and fast communication, even when we were not able to find taxi to the train station, he went beyond efforts to check on my son and I. My son who is 9 even said, mom I wish our apartment was like this :) if we visit Civita Castellana we would stay there again!

Negative: Everything related to the owners and apartment was perfect. I would just like to add something related to logistics if visiting Civita Castellana - we were there for a friend's wedding, came with the train from Rome. The train station from Civita Castellana to the apartment requires taxi, a local shuttle bus or rental car. Unfortunately for us both local taxi people were not there, and shuttle bus was not going in times with the train schedule. Luckily we met some people from the wedding who had rented a car and they gave us a ride. That was the only thing stressful, but like I said nothing related to the apartment. Just a small tip for the next visitors.
