Summary: This is the second time we have stayed here. We were here I believe in 2021, and now just the past few days. Love this property, and also we had a quick response from our host when contacted. Hope to return again. Loved our time! We brought a friend with us too, she loved also.

Summary: We came up for winter carnival and the property was exact as advertised and expected. We were a little confused by the address; it was not totally clear to use that 302 Lincoln was the address, not just an apartment number. Also there were not quite enough utensils for 8, which is the listed capacity. We were overall very pleased the the property, location, parking etc. It was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay again.

Summary: Had planned to ski, but unfortunately there wasn’t any snow. Will plan to return and stay here because of the great location and accommodations being so nice

Summary: The condo was clean and very well appointed. There was easy access to the parking. Just be aware that this is a 3rd floor walk up if that will be a problem and it was difficult to reach the cords for the window treatment as all of us were under 5’7”. A step stool would be nice. Close to all sightseeing you may want to do.

Summary: It was our second time staying in this school building. It continues to be a nice, clean affordable stay with many amenities. Its location is great in between both cities and next to a grocery store. Some of the furniture in this unit needs some TLC or to be replaced entirely (broken loveseat, one kitchen chair). We’d stay here again.

Summary: Apartment is adorable and nicely decorated for a visit to Keewenaw Peninsula. I dropped my daughter off at MTU and we also explored and hiked all around the area. This lovely place allowed us some great downtime and a good resting spot. Would High recommend!! The location in the old school has amazing history!!
