Cap Hill is a quick walk or bus ride away, or you can take the bus downtown.

The neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet as it's primarily residential. However, there's a Safeway and some restaurants on the main road two blocks over. Cap Hill is of course a quick walk or bus ride away for a fun night out.
Other things to note
I try to keep noise to a reasonable level, but it won't be completely quiet. I can guarantee quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, but outside of that you may hear some noise from upstairs (the TV, people talking, footsteps).

Summary: This is a pretty bare bones type of place (just a bed and a bathroom), but for the money this is great, and in a great location in seattle. Walk in any direction for parks, restaurants, bars, etc. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk away, and downtown cap hill is a 10 minute walk.

Summary: Stayed here with my boyfriend during a quick visit to the city. The property was fantastic and Ben was super helpful with the check in process despite our late arrival. He also had good recommendations in the city. We spent a lot of time exploring the surrounding areas and never had an issue with parking on the nearby streets. Great spot!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed here while moving my granddaughter to Seattle. It was quiet, clean and looked out to the green grass which is such a plus in the city! Got in late so had difficulty finding the unit. Ben talked me in via the phone, and after that the stay was golden! Thank you Ben! Hoping to come back and using your little bit of paradise.

Summary: My fiance and I were looking for somewhere cheap to stay in Seattle for the weekend. This place was perfect. It was inexpensive, clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. The only issue we had was with street parking. Later in the evening, parking was a bit difficult to find on the street the Ben lives on, but we did find parking the next street over.
