Positive: It is very spacious and well furnished indoors. The WIFI snd appliances are good and the hosts were generous with cleaning materials, tra snd coffee. There is a reasonably well stocked local grocery store and Alices Restaurant is within walking distance.
Negative: Although air conditioning is present it did not cope with a high summer heat and blinds in the roof lights might help. Inside were copious cobwebs on the ceiling and around the fireplace. Most disappointing was the poor state of the outdoor furnishings / photos attached of chipped chairs and filthy cushions. The seating areas were unswept and the furniture in disarray. The rusty bath in the front of and a bowl of what appeared to be congealed fat on the outside table were disquieting. The rug under the outside dining table is frayed and a trip hazard. The iron had a broken casing. Place mats for inside snd outside use would be appreciated.
Summary: A lovely property rather let down by poor mainenance.

Positive: Comfortable, homey, and elegant all at same time. Great quality bedding and many, many spaces to spread out - the 3 outdoor spaces were among gorgeous treeline! Be sure to check out Alice’s Cafe, just a 3-4 minute walk at the end of the street.
