No detail has been left out including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, front loading washer & dryer, fireplace, flat screen tv's with premium cable in the living room and both bedrooms, luxurious linens (bedding & towels), plenty of closet space with hangers, ceiling fans, blue tooth speakers, alarm clock with sleep sound machine, hair dryers, dedicated work space with color printer/scanner/ paper/toner & basic office supplies, wireless internet, original artwork, and basic amenities (shampoo/ conditioner, shower gel, q-tips, cotton balls, bathroom tissue, facial tissues, laundry detergent, dish detergent, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, first aid kit, etc.). Summary: The cottage is well furnished, with an exceptionally well- equipped kitchen. The hosts were quick to deal with any issue, friendly, but not intrusive. We stayed for isolated recuperation after my husband’s cancer treatment at Stanford Medical Center. This was a spacious, calm, luxury accommodation for such a purpose. Easy access to Stanford, excellent grocers and pharmacy resources. For our purposes, the single staircase to the bedroom was not a problem. High quality appliances eased our unusual amount of home cooking and laundry, and would certainly be appreciated by holiday renters as well. There is a small, but noticeable, amount of road noise. We found it nicely offset by birdsong, and the occasional owl hooting symphony. This is a special place we highly recommend.

Summary: This property is so conveniently located to the quaint downtown of Woodside and also within just a few minutes to Palo Alto, Stanford Mall, and Stanford Campus. Lisa, the property owner, was the best hostess - from the reservation process to the details of her beautiful Guest House. The Guest house is nestled between redwoods and eucalyptus trees. Food, drinks, and snacks were provided. Fully equipped home just in case you were to forget anything. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, soft fluffy towels, TVs in all rooms, and a quiet and private backyard with beautiful patio furniture. Don't even think about it...just make the reservation. Hope all of you enjoy as much as we did. Purpose of our trip this time was to seek medical treatment at Stanford however we would come back for a long weekend trip to shop or watch a Stanford football game.

Summary: This cottage is beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, and has all of the amenities you need, plus some you didn't know you wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the property is well maintained. The owners are communicative, but never intrusive. We loved the forest-like setting and the peace and quiet. It was a haven for us during our travels.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Lisa and Jeff are amazing hosts. They are attentive and accessible, but also give guests total privacy. The home was perfect for us, in a great location. Peaceful. Close to everything we needed and wanted--the Woodside market/restaurants, Filoli, convenient to get onto 280. It is furnished comfortably and beautifully and stocked with all the things we needed. We very much want to return.

Summary: Charming cottage; great "rural" setting in Woodside, very convenient to our weekend events at Stanford University. Loved the outdoor patio for relaxation, nice fountains, charming birds and shady area for hanging out. Welcoming hostess, left us some goodies to enjoy upon arrival. Lisa was very responsive to our questions, providing extra coffee since we lounged around all morning the first day and drank lots of coffee! Definitely one we would return to. Thanks again.
