Summary: This property is in an ideal location, it was clean, very accommodating, and served some of the best breakfast from a BNB. The property is within a great walking distance of several bars, cafes, restaurants, and even ice cream shops. The property itself was in a secluded section that was quiet and driving to nearby attractions was quicker than if we had stayed at a hotel in a neighboring town. The room itself was clean, the property managers left multiple amenities such as soap, lotion, and even makeup remover wipes (which was a nice touch). A fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were also provided for guests to use. The air conditioning was exactly what we needed after being out in the hot and humid weather, and was set to the perfect temperature. The breakfast that was served (on two separate mornings when we had stayed) were carefully hand-crafted and planned out, and the food was delivered to the room at a requested time. On the last morning of the stay we were served slices of pineapple, corn bread, sausage, and the best egg frittata I have ever had. Overall the property is excellent with the location, hospitality, and 10/10 breakfast.

Summary: Our room was very clean. The breakfast they bring to your room each morning was great! The lodge is within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars so no driving necessary.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so much in Utica. This property is located right around the corner from North Utica’s quaint Downtown area. The street has been converted to outdoor dining and there are several restaurants and bars as well as ice cream, coffee and a market. Perfect location for relaxing! Our host, Peter, was very accommodating and great with communication. Thank you for a nice getaway!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here two nights in the log cabin room. We thought that the room was comfortable. The location is close to entertainment and food. The breakfast was fresh and hot as well as delicious. It is delivered straight to you. We would recommend to friends and we will definitely go back one day.
