This pleasant townhome offers a serene escape for you and your guests. With 1 king bed, jet tub, sink 1 sofa bed, and fireplace in master bedroom and 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom, it comfortably accommodates your group. The entire house has water softener to make your stay more pleasant. The back patio leads to open space with plenty of room for kids to play with access to common grill area. Immerse yourself in the superb amenities including heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, WiFi, washing machine, iron, and AC. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, hair dryers and towels. Kitchen includes various cooking and baking essentials including 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, slow cooker and electric kettle. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was incredibly clean and beautiful, and it was in a perfect location for our adventures at Starved Rock and Mattheissen Park. Check-in was super simple and the host was easy to communicate with before our arrival. Overall, it was a fabulous stay.

Summary: The place was really nice, well maintained, and cozy. We did stay there thinking we can buy tickets for the grand bear water park, but they do not allow day passes on Saturdays, which was disappointing since the villa is in the same resort.

Summary: My wife and I wanted a nice place to stay with a full kitchen and a "non-public" hottub. This townhome exceeded our expectations. The two-person jetted tub in the Master bedroom with a fireplace (there's a bonus fireplace on the lower level in the family room as well) was so welcome during one of the coldest weekends of the year. The below-zero wind chills kept us from hiking the lovely parks near here, but our hostess provided us with fun games to play, books to read, a comfortable bed, and absolutely SPOTLESS accommodations. We'd recommend booking here, and we will plan on doing so again as well.

Summary: The property was completely updated with amazing decor. Had any item you could imagine in the kitchen and throughout the home. Definitely a stand out compared to similar units. Host is extremely detailed and accommodating. Would stay again!

Summary: We stayed at Aneta's villa at the Grand Bear Resort right down the street from Utica, for the 2025 Wine Walk. The place was beautiful, modern and cozy. It was a nice surprise to see how well-equipped the place was. Coming from a recent stay at a popular indoor waterpark in Wisconsin (so triple the price) where there was not even extra toilet paper let alone kitchen utensils - this place had everything you would need for a great stay. Also appreciated Aneta's responsiveness. She always replied back quickly when I reached out with questions. I gave 4 stars on the Accuracy of online listing because the map is incorrect - says it is downtown Utica. It is not far but definitely not downtown, which I know Aneta is working on correcting. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
