Summary: Did not have check in information the day before the trip. Had to call vrbo customer service. They were great but three hours on the phone Christmas day trying to get this resolved. Very frustrating

Summary: Property was very nice! Very clean and the right atmosphere we were looking for. The only glitch was the first night was spent mostly in the master bedroom as it was the only room we could get the heat to work. The battery's were dead in the thermostat downstairs so we couldn't turn heat on. But we got batteries the next day and that problem was solved.
