Positive: The staff was really kind. Location excellent and convenient. The invoicing was easy, thank you for that. Paid additional dinners were absolutely amazing.

Negative: The accomodation kept our IDs while we were there referring to GDPR, I found this slightly dodgy. Interesting the next accomodation could provide a consent form that they can photocopy our IDs, so we could keep them with us all the time (which is also required by Italian law). No hot water AT ALL in bathroom, also mould and rusty places there - not feeling very clean. Very noisy windows and doors, so hard to have a good sleep.

Summary: For me it was a slightly controversial place, but it is cheap, so a good value for money.

Positive: The place is very welcoming, with such a nice view on the city and the mountains. It's surrounded by nature, fresh air, good vibes. The stuff is very friendly and available for any query. Food is delicious, take some time for Tortellini or Spaghetti gourmet. And last but not least, breakfast is rich and tasty, so to start the day in the best way!

Summary: That's a very beautiful place with delicious food!

Positive: This is a good location, peaceful country area and it's not to far from the main attraction "Pietra di Bismantova". The Staff are very nice here. Decent value.

Negative: The room is really very basic, and water struggles to get really super hot. For a country town like this when traveling sometimes there are not many options for accommodation. So it's good to know this place and the people are here.
