Positive: Great location, & the snorkelling trip is a must do and much cheaper then some stays & the family rooms are beachfront villas by yourselves which was lovely Food was ok also

Positive: This resort is different from the other famous ones, such as Octopus, Mantaray and Blue Lagoon. This place is amazing for those who want to have an escape and disconnect from their routine, so do not expect to meet many guests, have parties or fancy cuisine. The beachfront bungalows are perfect for relaxing and being in contact with nature, as you can have an amazing sleepnight hearing the sound of the ocean and the wind touching the coconut trees' leaves. The beach is so beautiful and great for walks and relaxing bathing. The staff is very kind and attentive, and they taught me some Fijian words and expressions.
Negative: The meal pack is cheap, and the food was good, but I would suggest serving more fruits and fish if possible.
Summary: The paradise where is perfect to disconnect

Positive: I loved my stay here!! Don’t expect a resort as it’s not but a few things to be mindful of: there aware of no hot water at all, power is on from 6am - 11pm, reception is on and off - so download movies etc before you arrive, bring extra snacks if you like to snack, swimming is not really possible when it’s low tide, food is 8am, 12pm & 7pm roughly, meal plan was 60 FJD & no dessert. There are options of things to do: day trips to blue lagoon, fishing, massage, village trip, cave trips etc. None of the above affected my stay whatsoever, just something to be mindful of before booking. The staff are so kind and lovely, it made it so enjoyable. Shoutout to Sio who is the kindest and sweetest woman ever!

Positive: Hosts are extremely helpful and accomodating Our bure was one of the best... huge, new and right on the water so got the breeze the ones in the back were not so lucky. There is plenty of solar powered electricity , good lighting and plenty of power points. And all windows mosquito proof. Water goes off occasionally. By Yasawa standards this is totally the best value and experience in the Yasawas. Snorkeling is good in the gap between it's neighboring tiny island that you can swim to or walk to at low tide. The food is typically Fijian generous portions and tasty but heavey reliance on Carbohydrates. Ie rice & breads. They are always happy to throw in an egg for the vegetarians.
Negative: A few more greens and fruit would be good

Positive: Beautiful beach and nice little village tour (paid). 2 of the young staff members really made our stay a better experience - without Kini and her boyfriend there, I would have a very negative review. I don't think they work there permanently, so we were lucky to have them around. Kini is a great cook and really lovely to chat with, her boyfriend is friendly & funny, great person to ask Fiji travel tips from. The meals were all very local and very tasty. The gardens are tidy and there are plenty of coconut trees and mango trees around. Writing this review from home, I miss the fresh mangos!
Negative: Power is only turned on from 6-11pm (so forget about buying a cold beer during the day). There is no wifi. There are no other accommodations nearby to meet other travelers, and this accommodation only hosts about 6 people per day. The most unsatisfying part of the stay was upon leaving, we paid for our meals ($55pp/day - compulsory), activities and beers. Then the older woman working there asked us for money for the small boat to take us to the ferry. We told her that we were confused because that was never mentioned before. Then she changed her wording to say it's a tip for the men driving the small boat. I said that they were going to the ferry anyways to sell the fish they caught. Then she changed her words again saying that the accommodation doesn't recommend this tip, but sometimes people come to Fiji with a lot of money so that's their chance to give it to locals. It was weird and it made me want to leave. For sketchy reasons (and other events) I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. If I could redo my travels based on what I know now, I would have skipped this island altogether
