Summary: The staff tried to bill me for the breakfast that was included in my reservation. I had to show the clerk the reservation email on my phone to prove that I had already paid for breakfast when presented with a bill at the breakfast table. The minibar in the snacks-for-purchase area in the lobby had 5-6 brands of 375ml bottles of wine, and one type of NA beer, but nothing otherwise *single* serving, and no beer, which I thought was silly. Bed was extremely soft, to the point where I sat on the edge and the mattress sort-of tipped off of the bed. It was perfectly fine, but not luxury. My room was very quiet, which I appreciated.

Summary: They should have an express desk for pre- checks only. If you are pre-checked you shouldn't have to wait in line again after you already waited in a line earlier to check in.

Summary: Overall it was great except the toilet was running and the fridge had a whining sound. Fixed when I unplugged it.

Summary: We contacted the desk about noise in the hallways between 9:30 PM and 1 AM and nothing was done. We moved to another hotel the next night but no one would assist with refunding us for that. They blamed Hotels.com for not having a refund process (which we could not connect to either). Also this Marriott has no room service and the room amenities are sparse. We will never go back here nor use Hotels.com.
