7100 sq feet, 6 bedrooms, billiards room, formal dining room, large family room with wood burning fireplace, living room on main, 30 foot ceilings on main level upstairs living room 18 foot ceilings on second floor very palatial looking home outside has 3000 square-foot patio with built-in pool and pavers approximate backyard is approximately 115 feet wide by 140 feet deep very well landscaped with trees and lots of flowers parking in driveway centrally air-conditioned heated pool Wi-Fi Internet three large screen TVs ready for a small gathering only 26 miles from New York City only 8 miles to beaches less than 10 miles to airport and only 56 miles from the renowned Hamptons and only 2 1/2 drive to Atlantic City New Jersey or airway available for a half hour flight done. This home was newly renovated and decorated do you this year. Small parties are permitted permitted but no large gatherings allowed. No pets, must contact me via VRBO prior to booking. This non smoking home.

Summary: This house is a gorgeous. All was very clean and beautiful. The pool and gardens were magnificent. There must be thousands of flowers and plants. I never saw such beautiful landscaping Gerald. The host was very nice and explained all the features of the home we called him that we thought we had a slight problem. He was there in less than 15 minutes and actually we weren’t closing the door properly on the dishwasher. He was very nice about it, it took us only 35 minutes from Manhattan to reach this location. It was terrific I would certainly go back again.

Summary: We normally rent in the Hamptons my friend said I don’t feel like spending four hours in traffic getting there and another four hours coming back so we decided to rent this home in malverne. Well, what a find! The house is magnificent, very spacious and furnished beautifully. It’s meticulously clean too! Gerald was very gracious and showed us through the home and familiarized us with everything. The outside pool area and grounds were completely covered in magnificent flowers. I’ve never seen so many flowers in one place, everything was beautiful I could see a small wedding taking place here. The grounds are so lovely and the house shows twice as good as the photos. This home is probably three times nicer than anything we’ve ever rented in the Hamptons for an equivalent price. thank you so much again, Gerald, we certainly will be back again.

Summary: The house was perfect for family and friends to gather for a college graduation party. Gerald is an wonderful host who is always available to assist when needed. His backyard is a great place to site and relax. Also he was very understanding when the catering set up killed some of his flowers, love the house and the host!

Summary: I booked last minute for a Thanksgiving gathering, with family, And it was Magical. The House is very clean, super gorgeous and great location. Gerard the owner was very accommodating and affable. We had a wonderful stay at his place and would love to return for future gatherings.

Summary: Gerald was a very responsive host, but there were some discrepancies regarding the listing versus what we actually experienced at the property. First, the listing says a minimum stay of 2 nights, but when I went to book our stay, the host pushed back and said he wanted a minimum of a 3 night stay. If that is the case, then the listing should reflect that preference. The listing also says it sleeps 18, when really there are only 5 queen beds, 1 king, and a futon, which really only sleeps 13. The host included couches that are not pull-out couches in that count of 18. Considering the luxury pricing of this rental, couches should not be counted as places for people to sleep. We ended up using a queen air mattress the host had, as well as bringing a few of our own in order to fit our whole party. Some indoor spaces also seemed to still be roughly under construction/renovation. New floors had recently been installed in one of the spaces, but the walls were heavily dinged up and some of the outlets recessed back into the wall. That space felt very unfinished. Multiple of the beds were like sink holes, indicating that the mattresses need to be replaced or flipped. We ended up having to move a couple people to spare air mattresses we had for the second night because sleeping was not comfortable when the two people were constantly sliding into one another. The living room/kitchen/dining room space was perfect, spacious, and clean. It was ideal for my family of 15 gathering for my grandma's birthday. The neighborhood was also nice and safe. There were some really excellent restaurants and pizza places nearby that we catered from, too. The pool and backyard are absolutely stunning and a fantastic space. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beautiful backyard. The space really will be the perfect rental once a few things are fixed up inside the house.

Summary: Our family gathered from around the country for a memorial service. The accommodations were spacious with high ceilings, much light, swimming pool, soft towels, and beautiful landscaping. We were able to gather in different locations in the residence and connect with each other. The residence allowed us to sit comfortably and reminisce, share memories, laugh and cry together. The owner, Gerald, was available and communicative, sensitive to our situation, and helpful in many ways. I would definitely stay again especially when needing to share very comfortable space with family members.

Summary: Rented the house for the 2 nights with friends! The house was very clean and absolutely beautiful! The owner of the house is amazing. Would definitely stay at this house again!!!

Summary: We appreciated Gerald was very accommodating and allowed us access to the property earlier than 4 pm. Property was landscaped nicely, although be aware that traffic sounds from the nearby highway are loud when sitting by the pool. The house was quite spacious and could be great, if not for significant issues in the kitchen. Duplicated old and new appliances are confusing as half do not work, including the freezer!),mismatched silverware and glassware, burnt toast left in toaster etc. And inoperative patio doors from living room. Although there are 6 bedrooms one of them has no door, just a wooden screen for privacy. Understand there can be Covid related maintenance issues, but this luxury house price does not reflect the less -than -luxury accommodations.
