Summary: Located in a busy area of Rockville Centre, Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores movie theaters and the LIRR ( Long Island Railroad ) which takes you to NYC and connections to Brooklyn and Queens. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable. Small refrigerator , microwave coffee machine and cable tv. Friendly staff. I was moved to another room when I complained I could hear the loud tv next door. Free continental breakfast is good. Unfortunately their small pool was not available due to maintenance. It is a good place to sleep and shower and convenient to visit Long Island and NYC,

Summary: Road hard...typical old fashioned motel on a highway. Really could use an update. Breakfast was completely processed foods including Nescafe instant coffee. Room was very clean, staff was nice--the saving grace for a very expensive motel stay.

Summary: The property is dated and not a good value for the price. But most annoying is the fact that I was charged for an extra night when I wasn't even there. Misleading advertising on my phone made it appear that our room was available at a lower price. I pressed accept and ended up paying for a night when I was still at my previous location. Expedia has tried to contact the manager several times about this and says they are not responding. This will be my last Best Western stay, and I do not plan to use Expedia for future trips.
