Summary: The house had a great view of the water and plenty of space. The electrical didn't seem to work on quite a few of the outlets and the downstairs bedroom TV's didn't have power cables. Over a pleasant experience.

Summary: This house was just the right size for our group! Plenty of space for kids to have their own area and adults in the other family room. Two fridges and laundry rooms was nice too! There is a nice dock and we rented a pontoon boat delivered right to the dock. Also, plenty of parking space.

Summary: Kathy was helpful and the place was filled with everything that we needed , including beach chairs, beach stowels, grill, extra sheets and blankets and two washers and dryers. When the propane needed refilling , we woke up next morning and it is full! Great stay for family. We got our own inflatable kayaks and fishing rods and enjoyed the water access to the max.

Summary: Older but nice home. Plenty of space for 5 of us; with space to spare. Rented a boat that was delivered right to the property. We had a great week.

Summary: This house was perfect for us to be centrally located with easy access to downtown Holland, Saugatuck, and the beach. Nice two story with bedrooms on both level’s facing the lake. Spacious driveway, nice dock, clean, barbecue on site, nice open living space(s). I would recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. The owner and manager were gracious and available if needed.

Summary: We loved the fact this property was right on the water. We brought 4 kayaks and rented boats a couple of days, so it was perfect for water activities. We also went to downtown Holland and Saugatuck, a local winery, and strawberry picking. There was so much to do very close to the property--We will be back again for sure!

Summary: We enjoyed the property. The value was sound. You could tell it was a "managed" property. Not a ton of pride in the potential of the place. That said, the view at sunset is awesome!

Summary: We had a great time. House was so clean. We went on walks in the neighborhood and felt safe. All the houses in the neighborhood had well manicured lawns and lots of flowers. Only downfall of this property is the mattress in east basement bedroom and the furniture could be updated in the basement.
