Summary: Serene gorgeous magical. Walks in every direction that go on for miles....through wheat fields, sunflower fields, with a sky that is impossibly huge. We were eight friends who shared a glorious week...meals in the garden overlooking the sunflower fields with rosebushes and lavender dotting the house. Trips to nearby castles. Village markets. All lovingly overseen by the fantastic caretakers Claude and Luc who were available when needed, invisible when not. An indoor pool that was just the right temperature with a bank of windows to let in the su n, a large great hot tub on one side of the house, a large library with a TV where we all watched the Americans win the World Cup....I could go on and on, but go for yourself and see. This trip will linger forever....

Summary: Claude and Luc aregreat hosts. The accommodation is beautiful, great for kids and there’s so much to do in the local area. This year I brought my husband’s extended family and we had a lovely stay in La Longue
