LOOK NO FURTHER! This home has plenty of room for the entire family with three levels all comfortably furnished with a large 30' X 15' pool Nothing was missed when decorating this traditional Avalon-upside down home. Enter the inviting foyer into an open office for catching up on emails whilst on vacation. First level boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 King Suite, a King Bedroom, 2 Twin bedroom with a shared bath. There is a half bath pool bath and laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer. Also on the first level is a Game/TV room equipped with a wet bar & dishwasher! Ascend the hardwood staircase to a grand open space with gourmet kitchen and separate dramatic dining area. The Master Bedroom and Bath is on the second level along with another half bath off the kitchen and expansive decks front to back! The third level is a kid's dream! The loft sleeps 4 with games tables & electronics along with an additional King Bedroom and Bathroom. There are also 2 cribs for the wee ones. Just a short 1/2 block to the beach this home is practically beach block. Oceanviews from the second floor deck makes this home a 10! Note: Pool is heated at 84 degrees. Pool is closed October 1st.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size. The kids had their own space and the adults could have quiet time. The pool was great, especially on the couple of days when the ocean was too rough and the riptides were bad. We could even swim in the rain which the kids loved! The only thing that concerned me is that the home is one block off the beach, but you have to cross a larger road (Dune Drive) to get to the beach so the kids , even the older kids, couldn’t walk to the beach without an adult.

Summary: The house is very spacious with all the bedrooms and baths, there is no getting in the way of each other. Multiple families would easily be housed here with three levels. The outside pool area is very private with a fenced in yard and with natural screening of trees. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Being with a family of golfers, I would not call the artificial grass area a putting green since there is no hole to putt into. Two large decks one off the master suite which extends to the outside of the living room and one off the kitchen. The house layout is well thought out with many amenities included. I do have to agree with a previous review that the house is in need of a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and carpet. When we arrived we did need to do housekeeping before unpacking. I’m not sure if there is a cleaning crew who comes in between rentals. Also, the television in the master suite would not connect to WiFi therefore we could not use. All in all, I do recommend the property and would rent again. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thank you.
