Pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, sauna and the gym are part of Canadian Lakes amenities situated about 3 minute drive from the house. There is a $5 per person entrance fee for the guests.

Summary: Wow! We were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the property! The view of the river is spectacular and the fire pit is perfectly placed The kitchen is beautifully equipped with more than we needed. The beds are comfortable and have fabulous bedding. I give this property my highest recommendation and will definitely use it in the future!

Summary: Our group stayed for a mid-winter getaway. The house was spacious and clean. The loft/sleeping area in the upstairs was a small downside for our group with small children. There could be more seating in the basement, as well. Otherwise, the property was great for our large group. The host was responsive. One thing to note, the pool/hot tub are off site. It was a quick drive 2-3 minute drive. There is a 5 per person fee with a guest pass for use of the pool facilities. The association pool rules are STRICTLY enforced. It felt much more restrictive than a typical hotel pool.
