Positive: The apartment was fabulous, stunning,overlooking the beach, had everything you needed in it. Short walk into the Port , and well lit up on the walkway coming back at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The apartment is lovingly decorated, offers all the amenities needed for relaxing days in Tbilisi and is highly recommended. Host is a great person, we were greeted in person and showed us right where we park best. His tips were wonderful. We would book the apartment again anytime.

Positive: I just finished my stay here and I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and the hosts. Location, communications, check in, and check out... everything was perfect. And seriously, the location is the absolute best. You are a 5 minute walk to every landmark of Tbilisi. The next time I come back to Tbilisi, I will try to stay here again!!

Positive: It is situated in a very convenient spot. Everything is within walking distance . Mini markets, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, etc are around the block. The room is modern and has all the conveniences. Everything was clean and tidy. Host is a sweet and warm person, did his best to help us with all our requirements and answered all our questions. We will return for sure. Also we recommend visiting Tbilisi, a very historical and beautiful, very lovely city, people are very kind and welcoming, and their dishes… you can not describe them with words u MUST taste it. Thank you for hosting us, see you next year <3

Positive: Location overlooking the beach was fantastic Very quiet On the 2nd floor so felt secure Morning sunshine and afternoon until 3pm on a large patio with sunbeds provided Large living room with comfortable furniture Underground, secure parking Very easy to walk to the port in less than 10 mins Lots of good chiringuitos serving delicious fish Sunbeds for hire on all beaches Beach 3 minute walk Secure entrance with code to Los Granados from beach Kitchen very well equipped
Negative: Pool was out of action and we were never informed of that Perfect weather to swim in the pool as sea was angry - alas not an option Master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable - need to buy a new matrass Ants all over the apartment until we got a powder to shake everywhere Electricity continuously tripping. Host did come to look and sent an electrician but no solution found. We learned how to turn all switches to get it working again but undependable and possibly a fire hazard. Code for pedestrian entrance changed mid-week and host never informed us so we were locked out in the dark. Security helped.
Summary: Fantastic location but disappointing for us. Can be much improved with little effort!
