Rural stone house with 140 m² beautiful and exterior, with views of the mountains and the garden, renovated, keeping the Canarian style, has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, ideal for families. With pool and BBQ.

The garden has many corners in which to relax, swimming pool, outdoor shower, panoramic views surrounded by greenery.
The house is divided into two floors, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and direct access to the terrace where we find the barbecue area and a great stone pergola for family gatherings.
On the second floor we have two bedrooms, one of them suite, with dressing room and reading room, the ceiling of the master bedroom is made of 4-way wood, restored as it was in the past. There is also another full bathroom.
The traditional Canarian style and the many details of this property will not leave you indifferent.
It is located 50 m from "Valleseco" village, 250 m from "Spar" supermarket, 250 m from "Grill El Prado" restaurant, 23 km from "El Puertillo" sandy beach, 23 km from rocky beach " El Puertillo ", 43 km from the airport" Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria "and is located in a rural and family-friendly area.
It has a garden with furniture, swimming pool open in the summer season, outdoor shower, fenced plot, 60 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, children's area, heating by electric radiators , garage on the same plot, 1 fan and 1 TV with radio.

Summary: En general nos ha gustado todo, no falta ninguna comodidad como para sentirte en casa. Un ambiente tranquilo y aislado, perfecto para desconectar de todo. Si la piscina fuera climatizada y hubiera una hamaca colgante sería de 15 sobre 10.

Summary: A beautiful traditional Canarian house located in the sleepy mountain town Valleseco. Located +- 40 minutes from Las Palmas and 1 hour and 10 minutes from Las Palomas (renting a car is essential). Ideal for nature lovers, hikers and people that want to be far away from all the busy tourism. Not really a negative for thing for us but do not expect a pool where you can swim. Its very small but ideal to cool down when you are sunbathing. Loved everything about the stunning outdoor area including the jacuzzi and shower. On the kitchen table we found a bowl of fresh plums on arrival and a local drink in the fridge to welcome us. After a few days the owner made an appointment to stop by to check the pool and jacuzzi and gave us a bottle of wine. The main bedroom has a very squeaky old wooden floor. It&#39s impossible to sneak out of the room without waking your partner. The main bedroom is right above the living area so also expect a lot of noise down there when someone moves around upstairs. Keeping in mind that this is a traditional old house this is definitely not a deal breaker to stay there. The available kitchenware is quit basic. We especially missed some bowls and jars to put things in. Upstairs has a recently renovated bathroom which causes a sewage smell (also in the hallway). I think the owner is aware of this as there were fragrance sticks. Hopefully this get fixed in the future.

Summary: la casa es una maravilla, tiene mucha intimidad y al mismo tiempo estás al lado del pueblo. Los jardines preciosos con sus arboles frutales y todo lleno de plantas , las vistas preciosas y la casa es muy acogedora con sala de lectura, la decoración es muy acertada, todo rural y con detalles antiguos. El jacuzzi es lo màs, con unas vistas espectaculares donde te relajas tanto que sales arrugado. la limpieza se merece un 10, todo impecable. La recomiendo y nosotros repetiremos seguro.

Summary: Nos ha gustado todo en general. La ubicación, a pocos metros del pueblo y de todos los servicios que hay en el municipio de Valleseco. La casa muy confortable y tranquila. Camas muy cómodas. Zonas ajardinadas donde se respira paz. La comunicación con la agencia. Sabiendo que la casa es antigua puede molestar un poco el sonido de el suelo de madera en la habitación principal al caminar. Aunque también es algo que la hace única.
