Positive: Wonderful location with a spacious patio offering ocean view. The condo is roomy, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, adding to the charm. We loved having easy access to both the ocean and the pool, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from excellent restaurants like Dolce Vita, Turtle, and Mariposa. The property is conveniently located—only a 5-minute golf cart ride to Placencia and 15 minutes to Maya Beach. The serene atmosphere was a delight, providing a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well making our stay comfortable. This is definitely a destination we’d return to!
Negative: Few more towels and glass would have been nice.

Positive: Everything there is. The pools, The beach. Water warm like a warm bath. Calm sea like a swimming pool. The building, furniture are of high quality and the wall decor is tasteful. Everyone is very friendly.
Negative: The one only thing is that you must use insect repellent to protect from mosquitos and sand flies on the beach and the pools.

Positive: The suite was oceanfront and had a beautiful view from the master bedroom. The balcony was spacious and very convenient for eating and lounging. Jack, the property manager was congenial and very helpful.
Negative: The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom did not work well and the room was very hot the whole stay. The suite was very dated. The blinds were frayed and very dirty. The tank on the toilet in the master bath took a long time to refill therefore you had to wait several minutes before flushing again. The lighting was very dim throughout the suite. We only had one lamp in the master bedroom, and it was not bright enough to read by at night.

Positive: It was really clean and had all the amenities to get you started. Really liked that they had all toiletries and washer/dryer. Really liked the location and the pool area. Beach was very nice and had great parking area. Not far from town.
Negative: I don't have any complaints.

Positive: SO SPACIOUS! Gorgeous decorations. Excellent location. Italian restaurant on site was delicious and convenient. Everything was so EASY! Golf cart dropped off, allowed late check out. Were so close to the airport, we drove the cart there and was able to drop it off when we left. So close to the beach. I enjoyed waking up early and going down to the beach chairs and reading my book. The grounds crew were so polite, they even cut up some coconuts for us to drink. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The washer and dryer was a huge plus since we just came off a 4 day boat cruise and all of our clothes were filthy. There are two resorts close by with great food and views. Easy drive to town. WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! I am having PTSD as I am writing this haha.
Negative: nothing negative to say, but if I had to, it would be there was no breakfast on site. But again, that is not a problem since we have a full kitchen and places extremely close to go.

Positive: Good view, large veranda and kitchen/living space, nice pools and grounds.
Negative: Our air conditioning was not very cool in any of the rooms. It was tolerable but not comfortable at times.
Summary: Would stay here again - our unit was great for 2 couples. Liked the location, too.
