Summary: Beautiful hotel but the front desk reception is terrible . When you are paying 700 plus a night you would think the receptionist would at least greet you with a smile and simple courtesy. The receptionist was rude and short . Wouldn’t answer your questions and stare you down as you headed to your room

Summary: the service was outstanding. michael at the front desk was excellent. would definitely return. location is perfect if you are involved in business with the financial sector.....its also great for a general trip to new york....right near rockefeller center.

Summary: The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location. It is old, dated and the bed, pillows etc are awful. I normally stay at The Benjamin and the Barclay IHG. I thought I would try this hotel which is more expensive and I was very disappointed. Not worth it!

Summary: Carpet was dirty and had a swath of human hair. Clean towel in bathroom also had a long hair on it. Bathroom and toilet were dirty and not up to Palace standards. I was charged $200 to move rooms.

Summary: I was there with my family. the location was perfect, we were able to walk around most of tour site from hotel. But hotel cleanliness is not so great. able to see the dust after cleaning. small tv but good that they provide chrome cast
